Our Competition group represents both individuals and corporations in criminal antitrust investigations and prosecutions, as well as follow-on class actions proceedings. We are involved in a majority of the most significant and complex cartel cases in Canada, many of which have an international dimension and entail cross-border enforcement cooperation between national competition authorities.

We advise clients served with search warrants and assist clients in responding to compulsory written interrogatories and document production orders.

The depth of our experience and established working relationship with the Competition Bureau and the Director of Public Prosecutions enables us to successfully negotiate immunity or leniency for our clients and their employees, including those initially targeted for prosecution in Competition Bureau investigations.
