Our skills are not limited to the more traditional vehicle of the courts. We have broad experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including court-mandated and non-court-mandated mediation and both domestic and international (including ICC) commercial arbitration, involving all manners of disputes. We also act as arbitrators in numerous domestic and international arbitrations.

We are also acting on a regular basis for an international clientele in the enforcement in Canada of foreign arbitration awards against private interests and foreign sovereigns.
